OM 1–3 mm
OM 1–3 mm is ground and screened to a uniform crumble (contains less than 3% dust) ideal for mixing with other dry inputs that are not hygroscopic. OM 1–3 mm is a 60%–70% humic/fulvic acid that can be applied to all soils—broadcast in fall, post-harvest, or early spring—either pre-plant or with seed. Incorporation is not required. It can be applied in bands, either with seed, fertilizer, or after planting.
OM Greens
OM Greens is ground and screened to a particle size of 1–2 mm (contains less than 3% dust). OM Greens is a 60%–70% humic/fulvic acid that can be applied to all soil types—broadcast in fall, post-harvest, or early spring—either pre-plant or with seed. Incorporation is not required. It can be applied in bands, either with seed, fertilizer, or after planting.
MicroHumic® OM
MicroHumic®OM is a dry humic and fulvic acid product micronized to an average particle size of 15 microns (our smallest 60%–70% humic/fulvic particle size). When mixed with seed, compost, or other granular fertilizers (except urea), it delivers the maximum concentration of humic/fulvic acids.
K Hume® OM
K Hume® OM is an OMRI-Listed 60%–70% humic and fulvic acid activated with potassium hydroxide to become an excellent soil conditioner. Improved solubility (76% soluble) speeds activity in the soil for enhanced microbial uptake and growth. The product is coated and screened to various particle sizes (the standard size is 1–3 mm, custom sizes are available). K Hume® OM also contains many supplemental natural minerals in trace amounts.
Research Report: Biostimulant Effect of Humic Acids on Tomato Plants Under Nutritional Stress
In a research study, originally published in Frontiers in Plant Science, May 2021, Vol. 12:660224, the biostimulant properties of humic acid (HA) were tested on Micro Tom tomato plants under increasing nutritional stress. The results confirmed the positive role humic acids play in enhancing nutrient efficiency uptake in plants.
